Raffle Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility
- The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
- Participants must reside in a region where raffles and giveaways are legally permitted. It is the participant's responsibility to verify and comply with local laws regarding participation.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the organizer are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period
- The raffle will begin on January 21, 2025 and end on February 21, 2025. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter
- Participants must purchase a raffle ticket at the designated price of $9.99 per entry.
- Each ticket represents one entry into the raffle. Multiple entries are allowed.
- Participants can purchase up to 5 entries.

4. Prize Details
- The winner will receive a 4-day, 3-night vacation for two at the hotel of their choice from the following options:
- Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (Hotel Riu Republica)
- Cancun, Mexico (Grand Oasis Cancún)
- Runaway Bay, Jamaica (Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica)
- Panama City, Panama (Playa Blanca Beach Resort)
- Cartagena, Colombia (Radisson Cartagena Ocean Pavilion Hotel)

The winner has the opportunity to choose their preferred location.

The Prize Includes:
- All-inclusive stay for two at the selected hotel.
- Basic massage for two.
- Airport transportation (if not provided by the selected hotel).

The Prize Does Not Include:
- Flights.
- Any applicable visa or travel requirements.
- Tours or excursions outside the hotel.

5. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on February 22, 2025.
- The winner will be notified via email within 1-2 days of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be drawn.

6. Prize Conditions
- The prize must be claimed and the vacation booked within 6 months of the winner announcement.
- The winner must book their vacation no earlier than 30 days after the drawing and no later than 6 months after the winner announcement.
- The winner is responsible for any additional costs not explicitly included in the prize, such as flights, travel insurance, visas, or personal expenses.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

7. Legal Disclaimers
- By entering the raffle, participants agree to comply with these rules and accept the decisions of the organizer as final.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- The organizer is not responsible for any travel restrictions, cancellations, or other circumstances beyond its control that may affect the prize.
- Participants should not enter the raffle if it is prohibited in their jurisdiction. Regardless of local laws, the prize will be awarded to the selected winner.

8. Privacy
-Personal information collected during the raffle will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent, except as required by law.

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms: By entering this raffle, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the organizer, which are final and binding.

Non-Refundable Entry Fee: By participating in the raffle, contestants acknowledge that the entry fee is non-refundable and agree not to dispute or charge back the fee under any circumstances.

Legal Compliance: Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all laws and regulations of their jurisdiction.

Prize Fulfillment: The organizer will facilitate the booking of the vacation package as described, but is not responsible for any changes or cancellations by the hotel or third-party providers.

Liability Waiver: By entering, participants release the organizer from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the raffle or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Disqualification: The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or attempts to disrupt the raffle process.
